Our less than 2 year old furnace drain kit was leaking water. Called High Efficiency Cooling and Heating for servicing which was still under warranty. The service technician came the same day. He was very thorough and detailed. He quickly detected the water leak and will order the parts. Aside from performing the furnace maintenance, he also checked our central humidifier (added bonus because he didn't have to do that, much appreciated). Will definitely be using them again for regular annual service maintenance. ~~~~~ It has been 2 weeks since the service call, I had to call back to follow-up on the outstanding parts. Not sure what's going on...

We settled with High Efficiency simply because the home comfort consultant, Antonio Li Cheung was very honest, professional and very responsive in providing us with the estimates and in answering all our questions and concerns. The actual installation went smoothly and cleanly, which is very important during this COVID-19 time. I would certainly recommend High Efficiency Cooling & Heating Inc to others.

Hired their moving service 3 months ago for moving from a condo unit to a townhouse. Their customer service was very helpful and answered all my questions and the price I paid was very close to the estimate she gave me. Two guys showed up on time and carefully moved everything out of the condo and into the townhome. They were pretty careful with boxes, furnitures and items scratching the walls. The move was done in a little less than 4 hours - which was pretty good as we had lot of stuff. Highly recommend!

I had moved into my home 3 months ago and even though the townhome was only 9 years old the builder’s caulking needed redone – especially my windows were leaking from the bottom of the glass. Rimas and his team showed up 30 minutes early and worked through until the job was done. He removed all the old caulking and caulked all the windows, doors (including garage door), pipes, vents and replaced all the vents that came with screens. He ran a water test to find out where my windows were leaking and even caulked the glass to the vinyl attachment for free. The result was impeccable; appealing clean lines that matches the colour of the window frames and surrounding bricks. Cleaned up the entire property when completed. Rimas and his team was very professional and I’m very impressed. Highly recommend!!!! Thank you Rimas for the amazing work!!
