After having a bathroom installed in our basement in April by Zaza Contractors, we were confident on having them return to renovate our main bathroom. As before, the team was on site every day, arriving on time and working a full day. The project progressed smoothly under Guido's expert workmanship and Fred's daily visits. We're very satisfied with our newly renovated bathroom. We would definitely recommend Zaza Contractors.
We contacted Zaza Contractors as we were looking to have a new bathroom installed in our basement, move the laundry area and complete some minor structural work. Fred and Guido visited our home to discuss what was required, provide valuable suggestions and ultimately give a detailed quote. We signed with Zaza based on the Homestars reviews and that they promised to work on only one job at a time. Once we were given a start date, the team were on site every day (on time) until the job was completed. The work was finished on time and on budget. We are also completely satisfied with the quality workmanship. In my experience, it’s very rare to have all three criteria (schedule, budget and quality) met with one contractor. The team took great care to exceed our expectations. We also appreciated the little extras that were done to ensure our satisfaction. I would definitely recommend Zaza Contractors.
We just had 11 windows replaced by Galaxy Windows. A neighbour recommended them so we called for a quote. Dimitri was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all our questions. The quote was very reasonable in our opinion (UPVC Contour Series). I was wary of all the great ratings on Homestars and the fact that they said they could install all the windows in one day. Our house is 110 years old and I thought there would be many issues. I was pleasantly surprised. The installation was done very well and efficiently. The installers worked without taking lunch and completed the job in one day. We couldn't be happier with the installation and the quality of the windows. We also love the design. The good ratings certainly are justified. We've already recommended Galaxy Windows to a number of friends and neighbours.

Roofs, eaves, skylights, soffits, fascia
Steve Sweeney and Re-Roofing Ontario were recommended to us by a friend who was very happy with work he had completed by them. The job we wanted done on our century home was not simple; two flat roofs, shingled roof, removal of a chimney, replacement of two skylights, 3 levels of eaves, along with soffits and fascia. The quote was very reasonable compared to another well known roofing company we used in 2005 (who we were not happy with). Steve also recommended options that we had never considered. We are very impressed with the quality of the work that was done. It is obvious that Steve is extremely proud of the work that he and his crew perform. I would recommend Re-Roofing Ontario without hesitation.
Tom was did a terrific job with my home inspections. Tom's home inspection was not only thorough, but he did not rush the process, he was very patient with me, answered all of my questions, and explained things that should be addressed in my new home and things that I might want to think about doing down the road. He made me feel very knowledgeable about what I was thinking about buying. Tom did not hesitate to point out things that were questionable while reassuring me about things that I did not need to worry over. I have no hesitation in referring Clearview
