They were late which isn't the end of the world but were rushed to stay on schedule. They didn't clean the window sills as stated and did a poor job on the windows leaving dirt around some edges. I told the cleaner I was not satisfied but they rushed off to another job without fixing up the windows. I called to reschedule touch ups but the lady on the phone was very defensive and rude. I ended up going with a different company and am very happy with them.

The gutters leaked within a year and the down pipes straps were loose. The one gutter is angled away from the drain and there were scratches in the paint when installed.
