Alex was an absolute GEM to work with & having a maintenance free lawn an absolute dream come true! After building our home and having many terrible experiences with trades not completing their work or doing sub-par work, we are thrilled to say that Alex is nothing like any of them! Alex was super professional and very responsive and worked out a deal with us and our 2 neighbours to make sure we all had super awesome maintenance-free backyards just before winter 2020 hit. He was even able to work around a tight timeline between other trades! I was even more pleasantly surprised that Alex followed up with us after the first winter to see how we were liking our lawns and when I expressed that I was hopeful the grass would fluff up for summer he immediately set the wheels in motion to come back to make sure it was as perfect as our expectations. His team of workers are very respectful, nice, hard-working men who were very pleasant during the entire process of prep and install. I can't say enough good things about Alex and his team and his product! If you want a yard that looks gorgeous YEAR ROUND, requires little to no maintenance and is SUPER CLEAN & DRY all the time (even in winter and fall!), then look no further than Turf's Up!!

Working with Orkin was incredibly frustrating. I should have known when it would take literally hours to get through their phone lines on hold. I finally switched to email so that only took days for communications. The only reason I am giving them 2 stars is because the people who came to service my home were courteous. It's not their fault they work under terrible management. I own and manage several rental homes and had a few mice issues this year at 3 different homes. The billing was the same for 2, but double for a third. I was finally promised I would be repaid for the oversight after months of badgering yet no repayment has been obtained. I was also billed for a property and promised a warranty which despite them coming back several times to remedy the mice situation, they never ever eradicated them and I have now had to call yet another exterminator. Needless to say... I am extremely dissatisfied with Orkin and would never recommend them. Just because they have a popular name, doesn't mean a thing.

I had the pleasure of working with Rod on my new home build. He was actually a taping/mudding sub for another company I hired to do my drywall work. Of all the trades that worked on my property, Rob and his partner were the most conscientious and particular of all the trades combined. Our home was extremely complicated and custom complicated by floating stairs, pitched and angled walls, skylights, trimless windows, a glass floor and overall a lot of tricky walls. They took great pride in the work they did and did all they could to ensure we were extremely satisfied with the end result being of course - PERFECT!

Mona Cleaning to the rescue again! I couldn't bear the bits of construction dust lingering under my feet after we started renovating our bathroom and basement. I called Mona cleaning to help as my fiancé and I run our own businesses and just don't have the time to keep up! I couldn't be happier with their excellent service and super friendly and courteous staff. Thank you Sheri Anne, Daniel John & Fabio for all your hard work! Looking forward to having you back!

I have been using Express Rooter for a couple years now and have to say that they are the ONLY plumbing company that I trust with complete piece of mind. They are exceptionally professional and ALWAYS get the job done right in a very timely fashion without requiring constant supervision. They have done complete basement drain replacements for me, sewage stack replacements (while I wasn't even in town!), fixture installations, have completely plumbed a triplex gut/reno, and I ALWAYS call them to do my camera drain inspections when I buy a house or before I do basement renovations. Their team of experts are second to none & the owner Marcin Wroblewski is simply phenomenal at trouble shooting the most perplexing issues which have left other plumbers stumped. There simply isn't a better company I can recommend!

Sheri-Anne, the owner and operator of Mona Cleaning is simply the best! She is always eager to fit me in when I need her to clean up after my renovations or after my tenants vacate. I can always count on Mona Cleaning to get the job done and with perfection! And... if you're ever not satisfied, the girls come right back to make it right! Now that's service!

This contractor was unable to provide trades on a daily basis to complete the project. He incessantly begged for more money to be paid in advance of work actually being completed & left the job being overpaid by more than $5k. He has a tendency to lose his temper while using very unprofessional language. New contractors had to be hired to complete the work. Tenant move in date had to be pushed back.
