They claim to be members of the national duct cleaning association NADCA which they are not. BBB is trying to get them to stop using their logo. Stay away from them!! If you have been screwed by them plz at the very least call the ministry. ONLY PAY BY CREDIT CARD AND NOT CASH OR CHEQUE IF YOU ARE GOING TO USE THEM. THEN YOU HAVE SOMEONE TO COMPLAIN TO!
