Ron in Edmonton

I ordered a high end forged lamp from Daville in April, 2011 and was told it would take 10-12 weeks to arrive. It's now 18 weeks and I have heard nothing but contradictory excuses from this store--"it's backordered, a mistake at the distributor, a delay at the shipper, tied up in customs", etc. I made a big mistake providing full payment on this order, as I now suspect that they'll be out of business before I see the product or am able to squeeze a refund from these people.
