Ray completed a home inspection on a 30 year old home we were purchasing in Calgary. We are moving from Eastern Cananada and there are a number of things that are unique about Western homes of this age. Ray took time to answer all my questions and point out items in the home I should take note in structurally and from a preventative maintenance perspective.
