I am sorry you feel this way. We strive to provide the highest level of service to our clients.Unfortunately when the crew attended your property and attempted to service the pool equipment they were unable to as there were dead animals including a raccoon on the pad. For health reasons are staff could not perform the work until the animals were removed.We are not sure what you are referring to in regards to a heater install as we do not perform this as part of an opening service.We did attempt to discuss this with you as well as the other issues with your pool on several occasions.
