Karl did a great job diagnosing the problem and fixing our fridge. But most important of all, he was extremely patient and understanding about our concerns not to damage the wood floor in the kitchen when moving the fridnge, and also to get it positioned just right when putting it back in place, so that when you open the doors they don't scrape the cabinets. It was a tight fit, but Karl got it just right!
