Our current rental is being turned into a condo complex, so we started looking for a home of our own to purchase. Someone was interested in buying our current rental and we had a home inspector come by to do a home inspection. We liked the amount of time he spent on our 900-950 sqft residences so much that we asked him for his business card. Brent Jeffery's came prepared with a good attitude and lots of konwledge. He spent a great deal of time examining and explaining his inspeciton as he went along and provided some good ideas too for future renovation that we were thinking of doing. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to hire a competent, ethical and detailed home inspetor. He did a great job and when we need a home inspeciton for another place in the futre, he will be our number 1 choice.

Thank you so much for the kind words and review Kamini! I may have shown up with a good attitude, but when you are standing there with such enthusiasm, it is hard not to! You know, I take my job very seriously, I hear of so many horror stories of home inspectors messing up. I figure, if you do a good thorough job, it tough to mess up. I ask myself, "How much of a half-fast job did these inspectors do?" To miss stuff that is so obvious. I just do not know.
