I specifically contacted this company because of their NADCA certification - I didnt want to go with the annoying cold call businesses. They were excellent from start to finish- responsive to my inquiry, provided clear information about what prep was needed and a cost estimate. They showed up on time, were prepared and well organized. They asked some questions about the history of the house and our needs. Based on that discussion we decided it made sense to also have some bathroom vents cleaned, the dryer vent cleaned and get sanitization. The work was completed in a couple of hours efficiently and professionally. I am thrilled with their service! Would not hesitate to contact them again- loving my dust and lint free house!

I have used the services of Mr Handyman Richmond Hill previously (plumbing, electrical) and have been satisfied with the quality of work and efficiency of service. On this recent occasion we had a last minute request to have our gate removed to enable the delivery of a hot tub. I was so thankful they could help us out on short notice. I was even more impressed with Ben who carried out the work. He removed the gate cleanly and quickly- no marks or damage and in such a way that it was a clean reinstall a few days later (I requested Ben again). Ben is a professional- arrives on time, is focused and completes the work cleanly and with a smile. Any future handyman work, I will specifically request Ben - he is phenomenal at his job!

I recently contacted this company for window and eaves cleaning after not getting replies from another provider. I was impressed with their responsiveness, how quickly they scheduled my service and mostly with how thorough and efficient they are in completing the work. I am so satisfied with this company-will not hesitate to recommend them and use them again in the future.

We did all the the research and had conversations with the usual brands before deciding on purchasing our new TS8.25 from Master Spas of Toronto. The whole experience has been excellent. The pre- and post- sales support from Alfred and the team is top notch. Very responsive to questions and transparent in managing our expectations when the delivery was delayed (due to increased demand due to COVID and the global materials shortages). The quality of the product is fantastic - super powerful jets with lots of customization options to "dial in" the right amount of pressure. By far the two Master Blasters jets and the Neck and Shoulder Seat jets have been the show stoppers. The whole family have been daily users since delivery. On delivery day, the moving team was incredibly efficient and skilled at navigating our just-wide enough walkway to place the hot tub in its final position. We look forward to many years enjoying this hot tub!

This was our second time contracting with Iberia- back in 2013 they did an amazing job putting in a new retaining wall and doing our stone steps. Their service was so exceptional that we contacted them again this summer to relevel our driveway and repair our concrete basement walkout. On both occasions the experience from quoting to the actual job was great. Their prices are competitive, their warranty and service is excellent and the crews are second to none- they are punctual, finish the work properly and on time, are respectful and clean up after their work each day. Highly recommend this company. The pictures of the work from both 2013 and this summer speak for themselves (unfortunately I do not have before pics to share).

Our dining set is an original Gibbard Queen Anne style table and chairs made from mahogany. It is classically beautiful and a family heirloom from 30 years ago but needed some TLC and to be transformed in a way that suited our home and more updated style. Jeff completed this work exceptionally! Customer service and timeliness from start to finish were wonderful. Most importantly, we are thrilled with the final result...it is modern but pays homage to the quality of the pieces. His patience with us in choosing an appropriate finish was exemplary and appreciated- we love the soft grey look. The work speaks for itself and we would recommend Jeff and his services to anyone.

I contacted this company after mixed results with another contractor in prior years. Cody responded to my inquiry very promptly and quoted the job fairly. They booked for just a few days later, showed up on time and were very friendly and professional. Best of all they left my windows and gutters spectacularly cleaned! As if this was not enough to get me to be a return customer, they showed their appreciation for my business with a gift card to a favorite coffee spot. They can count on my business for years to come.
