I had a specific quartz countertop in mind for my kitchen. I shopped around and TorontoGranite.com had the best price. Vlad was very helpful. Quick turnaround on the fabrication of the countertop. Rodney and Marco were great in installing the countertop. They took the time needed to install it properly. The length was longer than the slab so there needed to be a seam but Rodney did such a great job that the seam is barely noticable. There was a slight mismeasurement to the backsplash and the bartop so it had to be sent back to recut, but it was done within the next 2 days. TorontoGranite.com provided great value and service.

I went around to several Homestars companies for quotation and Toronto Granite came in at the best price, and I felt comfortable dealing with their consultant. Vlatko was very polite and able to answer all my questions. He was always accessable and all messages were replied to very quickly! He was able to deliver the material that we wanted and then surpassed my expectations when he was able to install it earlier than expected! Installers were very professional, did a great installation job and respectful of our home. It is easy to give them 10 stars!

The Toronto Granite crew just left our house after a job very well done. Both technicians were courteous & competent. Althought this appeared a small job at first, there were complications in fitting our newly purchased stove into the existing granite countertop. The technicians from Toronto Granite spent the time needed to alter the counter & ensure that the stove fit properly. Service exceeded our expectations & we are glad to recommend this company! Thanks to the guys at TorontoGranite.com, specially the salesguy Vlatko Joncevski. They installed the countertop on the promised date and although there was a small detail with the installation, they took care of the issue right away.

Had granite countertops installed in new kitchen. Selection process was easy as everything is open in the show room.

Installers were clean and friendly and did an amazing job.

Had an issue with the faucet purchased with the countertops, but a new part was ordered. Took a little longer than expected, but minor compared to how much we love the new countertops.

I am loving my brand new countertops!! Just gorgeous! Toronto Granite was able to do my kitchen in one colour and then my bathroom in a different granite - exactly what I wanted!!! An extra special thanks to Mark and Bob for helping me choose the right slabs to match my cupboards. And a round of applause for Marcus and Rodney who did a perfect installation right on time!!! Correcting a mistake and going all the way.

We went to Toronto granite based on the homestars ratings, we had visited few vendors already. We wanted a specific stone and a specific length. They did not have it and asked us to visit their partners to get the stone that we wanted. After visiting few we decided on the vendor very close to Toronto Granite store. There was a very visible imperfection on the stone and we had asked the vendor to mark it with marker and let the installer know about it. They were to use it only if the imperfection would be cut out otherwise use the backup selection.
Somehow there was a communication gap and they installed the stone with imperfection and the installer told us that in proper lighting it will be ok. But it was not ok, far from it. After calling them a few times, Bob came over and agreed that the installation was botched with respect to the stone and agreed to replace it also agreed that the offending installer would not visit us.
In the end they made us happy and installation worked great.
It took longer and with a bit of stress, they impressed us by taking a loss on the stone and making their customer happy.

This was last year so I don't remember the exact cost, but it was between $3-4K.

I give them 9 because it did not go perfect the first time.
