I recently had my kitchen and bathroom countertops replaced with granite and quartz. I was very pleased with the selection of stone available to choose from. My countertops were delivered in good time and the workmanship was excellent. There was an issue with my kitchen countertop several days later but they arrived the same day I called and worked to fix it until it the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this company!

We recently have our kitchen renovated in our condo. Through referral of our contractor, we picked Toronto Granite. They did an exceptional job. From picking stone to installation, the process was smooth and professional. The craftsmanship was great and am really impressed by their installation crew, because after they put the countertop top on, they didn't like the spacing of the overhang, they fix it right on-site and within minutes, it was fixed and looks perfect. Also, the sale person texted me minutes after the installation to make sure everything went well. Now I have a beautiful kitchen with granite countertop, an ultra-modern sink and a really cool faucet. Thank you Toronto Granite.

We were looking for a counter for our new kitchen and Mirko helped us to figure out what we wanted. They have a large warehouse with lots of stock and we were able to walk around with our cabinet sample and what we were thinking for our backsplash tile until we came across the perfect choice. The service was responsive and professional. I had a small problem with the installation and they were on it and fixed it within one day.

This company installed spectacular new granite counters for us. They gave us excellent workmanship with no damage to any other part of the kitched or counters. The installers were friendly people that left no mess. My wife is happy. Happy wife, Happy Life! I would recommend this company to anyone else. As a matter of fact, I did recommend them to friends and they are also very pleased with the quality of both the granite and the workmanship

We recently used Toronto Granite for the install of several Granite applications in our newly renovated home. Originally we had planned to have only our countertops in our main kitchen completed but after seeing how beautiful it turned out, we decided on a full height backsplash, fireplace surround and a countertop for our basement as well.
We dealt mainly with Mark throughout the whole process and met with all of their installers throughout the process. Everyone was friendly, patient, polite, and respectful of our home. There was a few a few touch ups which needed to be addressed and they were always addressed promptly and professionally.
Material selection was excellent and the price was very competitive. They import direct and fabricate directly and cut out the middle man slab wholesellers.
I would definitely use TG again in the future and recommend them to anyone in need of a new countertop.

Considering the high rating of this company, we are not impressed with their workmanship.They returned twice to correct major errors.Waited an entire day for them to show up to do the installation with no communication from the company, only for them to appear in the evening at dinner time. They finally installed the countertop the day following. After they left we found that a kitchen drawer could not be opened, part of a drywall had been ripped open and not repaired, plywood under the granite slab ripped into clothing when seated by the island, and no silicone sealant had been applied around the new under mount kitchen sink; the seams were sloppy, with silicone colour not matching the countertop and uneven in application. The above were attended to by a different company employee quite promptly after we contacted Toronto Granite. Today we had to call the company again, having found that the hole drilled for the soap dispenser was too small.
All in all, the sales staff, the measurements, the company responses have been very good. I am giving them a 2 solely due to their efforts. One of their owners called me to apologize for the turn of events. It was a nice gesture.
The non existent communication prior to showing up, and the sloppy workmanship by their installers was very unexpected. Were they in too much of a hurry?

They did a great job helping me to pick the right stone for my place and the installation was very well done. I had some concerns about my sink and they were very responsive...even though it turned out to be nothing.

Our experience with Toronto Granite was exceptional! We were extremely impressed by the quality of their installation of our kitchen countertops. The measurements were taken perfectly and the stone was installed in just a few hours. We were most impressed with the care and consideration we were given throughout the process. Everyone we encountered from Vlad, Bob, John, Rodney and the entire team, gave us a lot of personal attention when we were selecting our stone. They took the time to move every slab of the stone so we could pick the piece we wanted. They also went beyond their closing hours to help us select the cuts. They were very accommodating, patient, and friendly. The installers were the same and additionally, were very clean, efficient and explained every step. In addition to the countertops, we were given two hot plates made from the stone. We were only expecting 1 and were extremely grateful for the 2nd. Overall, we were blown away by Toronto Granite's professionalism. We have already highly recommend them and plan to use them in the near future for our next project.
