We had our beautiful counter tops and island top installed last week, and are in love with them.
The template gentleman, Nicky, was phenomenal. He was extremely knowledgeable, answered my questions about plywood and staining/durability of granite.
The install team were incredible. They put down floor protectors, used a wet saw to cut the granite, coupled with a shop vac and were extremely careful and tidy with our new cabinetry and flooring. Installed our sinks and the attached 2 pieces of granite--leaving a virtually invisible seam. Great guys, who were as friendly as they were skilled!

Sales; this is where my only disappointment was. When first speaking with Patricia, she was great. I made an appointment to visit the warehouse and look at 2 different slabs. I asked questions in regards to 2 cm vs 3 cm and was given 2 pieces of granite and told to 'just pick one'. I asked about plywood for 2cm granite and was told that she had never heard of having plywood down first and that they put on strips. I asked if the strips were 3/4" she said no and held up her fingers and said "they're like this thick" I asked about staining, and was told "I have never heard any complaints" I asked the difference between quartzite and granite, and told they are basically the same.
She walked us out the the little sink area, and tried to open a drawer that wouldn't open, and pointed out the faucet was installed incorrectly, calling it "ret*rted" (ironically, this word isn't even allowed to be typed by Home Stars, as it is a degrading term) and yelling over to a coworker about it. She then complained how hungry she was and asked the other gentleman to go get her a "damn coffee" and that she could go get something to eat after she was done with us.

I was prepared to sign that day, and left because of the unprofessional experience- my 12 year old daughter was even shocked by her. Due to the Home Stars reviews and our lack of time, we decided to take a chance, and I emailed 2 days later, to schedule the measure.
Unfortunately, the lack of service from Patricia continued. After the template, I was emailed saying plywood would be needed and it would be an extra 400$, or we could provide it ourselves. I had to follow up for an install date twice. Finally a week after giving our deposit and the measure, I got an email with a date. Any time I asked a question, the response was extremely condescending, especially on the day of install.

We have been spoiled by electricians, plumbers, Engineers, flooring wholesalers, kitchen designers and more, in terms of knowledge and service, so it was a shame that this experience wasn't similar, but we are so thankful for the amazing product, template and install teams and are left with an incredible kitchen.

This team is OUTSTANDING !! Do not make any assumptions about any of the team members. We brought them our challenge we wanted to back-light our back splash and Counter Top. Starting with Renato who is the sommelier of stone guiding us to our desired slab, Frank who with his engineering genius made a dream become a reality to finally the installers who were true skilled trade people ... and did we say ... all of them were friendly and great to work with.

Renato, Francesco and Alexandra were all exceptionally professional and a pleasure deal with. Fairly priced and excellent attention to detail. From sales to delivery and installation, everyone was attentive and meticulous and I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

The best decision we ever made when renovating our kitchen was contacting Select Granite Tops. Renato was professional and made the whole process, from beginning to end, very easy. Going through a reno can be very stressful but Select was a dream to work with. The Select Granite team did great work. They have a wide selection of stone and the price was very fair. Their consultant advised me on color and guided me to the piece we finally chose. I am very happy with the installation. The Select team demolished tile and grout and installed granite with underhung sink, included in the final price. I found the team to be hardworking, professional, and meticulous and they left the area very clean.

Select Granite's team, from sales to install, were amazing. They have a big well stocked warehouse where you can view almost any slab. They are knowledgeable and aim to please. I found some top quality super white quartzite there, and I tested the quality to be harder and more stain resistant than others. From the sales and measuring team, of Renato, Frank and Patrick, down to the incredible installation team, it was seamless. (No pun intended.) Marco, Estefan and Peter made our 12 foot kitchen island certainly look seamless! There's a seam at the 9 foot mark,that you can barely see. How they handled the weight and delicate seaming is astounding to me. True professionals who took their time to do it right. The price and time line is right too. I had other much higher quotes for inferior product. This price includes a laundry room and a bathroom and a large kitchen too. They were even willing to do the install the day before Christmas! After visiting several countertop suppliers/fabricators, Select had the best material options and price points we were looking for. The service we received from Renato was excellent. He was always in communication with us as and made sure the project was carried out to our satisfaction. During production a scratch was noticed on one of my slabs, Renato called me right away to have a look and allowed me the option to continue or choose a different piece. I really appreciated the honestly and replacement option presented. It was a very subtle scratch and I decided to keep my slab.
I would absolutely recommend Select to friends and family and anyone in search of a one stop supply and install.

Small issues were dealt with in a professional and timely manner. I would definitely use select granite again in other areas of my home. I would highly recommend Select Granite to anybody. They have a large selection. The finished product was gorgeous. We are very happy. Overall good value.

Right from the showroom to installation they excelled in every aspect of the process. There was even a follow up call after installation to make sure I was happy with the install.
