Needed to change all my locks due to lost keys, John came within an hour of me calling him and was a great help! He was fast and his price was very reasonable for a skilled locksmith. Highly recommend!

As a real estate agent, 'lockouts' are not uncommon. As I was pulling the door shut I knew the key was on the other side. And the listing agent did not have immediate access to the spare key!

After leaving word for two high profile locksmiths, and finding a local out of business....I tried A Perfect Pick. I figured it was my lucky day.

John answered the phone immediately and personally. He was available when I needed him to be there quickly, and while it was a very very old lock, he managed to have it 'picked' in under a half hour.

And the price was less than half of the other 'high profile' quotes which were both over $200.

When I found myself locked out of my home, due to a suddenly malfunctioning Weiser lock, I googled an east end locksmith and found John. He first gave me my various options over the phone and recommended a better brand of lock if I chose to purchase a whole new deadbolt and handle system. Having decided to do this and thinking I could just remove the old system and install the new one myself, I soon realized that was not going to possible, so I phoned John back. He was able to come the same day, was completely on time and had the whole job neatly finished in a 1/2 hour. Additionally, he was able to cut extra keys for me right onsite, saving me another trip. I very much appreciated John's work, timeliness and recommendations in solving my problem and re-securing my home.

Super glad we called Perfect Pick. We had 3 little girls trapped in a bedroom behind a door that broke. It was a very old door and the mortice lock just gave out while they were in there. I worked hard at it for 45 mins and got nowhere. In the midst of that my wife called Perfect Pick: John hustled over in 20 minutes! He battled royally with the door until the deed was done. He was kind, polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. Very grateful for his speedy work in liberating the 3 girls.
