Trueseal Window & Door Systems

The front living room picture window was replaced with a lovely bay window, which we were able to put a small cushion into for our dogs to enjoy the view. The small dining room window was enlarged and replaced with a floor to ceiling bay window so that we could enjoy looking out into the backyard. The family room picture window was also enlarged and replaced with a bay window. All of the bedroom windows were enlarged as well to allow more light. Bathroom, kitchen and basement windows were also replaced. Our family room walkout door to the deck was replaced with a beautiful French door that complimented the new bay window.
I would like to add that the workmanship was superb. It was a pleasure working with the salesperson and the installers, and at no time was there any stress about the timing of the job. After living in this home for over 20 years, I have never had such an easy experience with a home Reno, and I would definitely highly recommend their product and service.

I have used Trueseal for over 15 years for both windows and doors and have to say the service and quality of the work done is excellent. At my current home trueseal has replaced multiple doors and windows and I am very happy with the look and quality of both. The installation teams are very professional and accommodating and when the work is done they ensure everything is left clean and tidy. The sales team is very knowledgeable and ensures you are getting the right product. I have and would recommend this company to anyone.

Trueseal installed 2 patio doors in 2016. I was so impressed with their knowledge, quality service and professionalism that I also purchased a new entry door in 2017. Deb knows how to make a house a home with her suggestions and attention to detail. I sourced many companies. Trueseal had the best prices and excellent products. Highly recommend!

Great work, highly experienced installer . Installers made sure we were satisfied with every step of the installation. No mess left behind, everything was as we expected, neat and tidy. Before leaving for the day the installers made sure everything was clean and nothing left out around the property to inconvenience us. This was our first major renovation and True Seal eased our worries about any doubts and "contractor horror stories" that we hear so much about.

We could not be happier with our new windows and doors, we notice the outside noise has dramatically decreased and our house stays noticeably cooler, especially upstairs. We hope to have the same increase in comfort in the colder months ahead.

We would definitely use True Seal for our next replacement windows and doors, and recommend them to our family and friends.

We had Trueseal replace many of the windows within our home. The sales and installation staff were helpful, courteous and professional. I felt that we got terrific value for our money. Installation also required some minor re-framing as we live in a 100 year old home and not everything is square! Trueseal did a perfect job on the window installation. I would highly recommend them to friends and family and anyone reading this review.

I would not recommend this company to anyone who is looking for professionalism from start to finish.
I was given a written estimate by the salesman Ian and a couple of weeks later went into the office to write up the contract.
Upon writing up the contract I was told by Kim at the office the estimate was wrong. TrueSeal could not honor the price because the glass insert costs were left off of the original estimate. I said I was fair and asked for a revised cost.
It took Kim 4 attempts to come up with a cost and when she did she asked if I was fine with the revised cost.
I accepted the revised cost and signed the contract.
A couple of weeks later the salesman Ian called me and stated that the owner Deb would not honor the price on their contract because they were not making any money on it.
I was frustrated as the price had already been adjusted and a deposit had been made.
I did speak with the owner Deb and asked for my deposit back.
The only thing TrueSeal did right was have my deposit cheque ready for me to pick up on the very next business day.
When I did pick up the cheque bot the salesman Ian and the owner Deb was there in her office. Neither one came out to speak with me.
I was handed the cheque and I was on my way.
Like I said do not deal with this company if you are looking for professionalism from start to finish.

In response to TrueSeal's reply, the salesman Ian knew I was going into the office on a Saturday. Ian told me to see Kim to write up a contract and that she would assist me, there was no conversation had at this time about missing glass costs. Both Ian and Kim were well aware of my pending arrival. While at the office, if Kim felt any intimidation it wasn't caused by me. Kim told me Ian had not accounted for the cost of glass and I asked her to requote. I was prepared to pay extra. Kim did not exude confidence in her job and stumbled a few times in costing the door. I received a different cost 4 times even though I did not change any aspect of my order. I asked Kim to give me a final number and told her what I had budgeted for based on Ian's initial quote. I had picked out the glass inserts "the Duo" and Kim had it calculated or so I thought into the new cost as it was written up on the contract. I made a deposit and two weeks later is when I got the call from Ian telling me that the owner Deb was not going to honor the contract because "they were not making enough money on the door". At no point in time was I ever offered a 40% discount on the glass after the contract and deposit was paid.

We sincerely thank TRUE SEAL for the marvelous work they did on our home over the last 2 years.
We were so pleased last year with the new windows as well as a new sliding patio door (complete with the mini blinds between the glass) TRUE SEAL installed. Amazing work!!!
True Seal just finished installing new vinyl siding with one inch foam underneath. What a difference this makes. It is so much quieter inside our home, not to mention saving on the heat and air conditioning.
We are so thankful to Deb and Kim for assisting us in picking out just the perfect shade of vinyl to complement our bricks. They also suggested installing it vertical rather than horizontal and it looks awesome.
We can’t thank John and Gary enough for the time and energy they showed us in getting the job done. A Fantastic job!!!
