Bremner Pool and Spa was recommended to me by Bill who maintains my pool. It was a pleasure meeting Don (founder and owner of Bremner Pool and Spa) who took time out of his very busy schedule to visit the site. Barry's (in charge of pool liner replacement) knowledge, professionalism and customer service was excellent. Jesse was so polite and helpful in the installation of the new filter and pump and final testing done by Clay. Scott,s expertise, knowledge, patience, caring and creativity in solving a very challenging situation with my pool was phenomenal along with his team of Ryan, Jake and Eric. They brainstormed as one, came up with a solution and got it done. In the absence of Scott and Barry, Ryan was excellent with his leadership in getting the job done. His knowledge, positive attitude, attention to detail and precision, quality of work and customer service was impeccable. He kept me informed of what was going on throughout this project, which to me was a critical asset and much appreciated. Bremner Pool and Spa should be proud of this team. People like this is what makes a company great and successful. The interaction with this team was a pleasure . By the way, I love the gorgeous new liner of my pool. I spent hours enjoying it from my deck..it has a very calming effect. My best friend neighbor loves to look at it from her house. I highly recommend this company.

We have hired Bremner 2x now - last year for a polaris/leak fix and this year to replace pool tiles, re-lay coping and acid wash pool/marbelite. We have been very impressed, and highly recommend the company for their service level and attention (owner Don Bremner is visible and actively involved), work quality and competitive price. It is nice to work with a company that still cares about customer service and quality in the current environment!

Don and team are phemoninal. Our 50 year old concrete pool was is in "ready to bury" condition. The shallow end was cracked and the deep end had lifted. After others wouldn't even attempt the job, Don agreed. His team completely rehabilitated the shell, had decorative concrete poured and move the mechanics. Don identified a groundwater issue and a great solution that incorporated the landscaping. The end result is an absolutely gorgeous backyard. Thanks Don and team. Would highly recommend.

We recently purchased a house with a pool that need some repairs. Bremner Pool and Spa were the first of many companies called who agreed to come out and detect the leak and repaired it with no issues since.

They were quick and very professional from the person who took my call, the guy who detected the leak to the repair crew who fixed the leak.

We are using them again to install a pool heater and we aren't getting quotes for the job. They will be our pool company.

I had some "big" issues in the pump house...according to a very unfriendly pool expert from another company who came by for an emergency (leaking pipe). That was after I begged him to. He told me the set up in my pump house was "stupid, lazy" and all wrong. I contacted 3 pool companies to get the job done...because he said he was too busy to do it. Only Bremner got back to me and very fast. They were out at my place the next day. Don Bremner himself! What a gentleman. He assured me my set up was fine and there were no pressing problems. Total cost? Zero dollars. I will use Bremner now for any pool issue. Totally impressed by the fast, courteous treatment. Thanks guys!

Got a pool company referred by a friend to open up my pool in the spring (new owner of a house with pool), said we got leaks and cannot get enough flow, and told us to get leak detection service. We end up getting Bremner Pools to come out and perform leak detection. Joel came and checked the pressure of the pipes and detected no leak on the plumbing. He quickly found out the issue is more to do with the previous company forgetting to install some o-rings when connecting the pipes back up. He could have left in 15 minutes and considered it done, but since we also have some issues with the filter leaking and some visible leak in the fibre glass area, he did some extra work to quick fix those for us, not wanting to leave us without a working pool even though he's supposed to just detect the leak. Excellent service and you cannot get better service when their staff takes pride in their work and trying to keep customer happy.

Eventually we get Bremner to come out again to help us partial close the pool in the fall. Again friendly and knowledgeable staff and not shying away from showing me the tricks.

I'll definitely get their services again and have full trust that I'm getting honest and reliable service and advise.

The company arrived at the expected time, completed the work early and the work was very good. The workers were very friendly and explained what they were doing. The new liner looked great.
