I called Xiom who dispatched tech for next day.
Tech arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and said would send an estimate later that day which he did. Estimate was agreed to and date and time was set. Two techs arrive on the day and made the repair ( lower door seal ). Both tech were efficient, courteous, tidy and explained what the problem was. They didnt even mind me looking over their shoulders while the worked. I definitely recommend this company.

One thing, they dont take credit cards, debit or cash only. That was no problem for me but might be a problem for others.
