Karl was amazing. Super quick to respond and easy to communicate with. I was able to send him and video of the leak and he showed up within 24hrs with the part that needed to be repaired and was done within 30min. Would absolutely recommend Karl and will gladly work with him again in the future.

When my 12-year-old electric oven stopped heating, I was referred to Karl by my previous appliance repairman who moved out of the country. Karl was fantastic - prompt (even a bit early!), really friendly, and efficient in making the repair. He even showed me the part cost on-line so I could understand the basis for the final bill. I have added him to my contacts for future repairs and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

We had Karl install a new microwave and take the old one away. He was super professional- he had asked me if the height of the new was the same as the old and the salesperson assured me it was. It wasn't and that made Karl's job much more complicated. He fixed everything without complaint, and has a fantastic sense of humour, even when I made a mistake with his name. It is so hard to find a reliable appliance repair person who is available so it was great to 'discover' Karl. We will call on him again for sure.

The service we received from Karl was exceptional,  he is highly knowledgeable, friendly, and punctual.  A real professional who went above and beyond in repairing our oven.  We could see that he that takes pride in doing a great job.   We appreciate that he took the time to explain what the issue was and that he walked us through the repair process.  He was efficient at diagnosing the issue and was able to successfully repair our oven the same day.   Karl was more than fair on pricing and he was honest throughout the entire process.  We will definitely call Karl again in the future for our appliance repair needs and we would not hesitate to recommend his services to our friends and family.
