To be honest, I had a bit of sticker shock at how much prices have gone up since i had gas lines installed at my last house 10 years ago, however Chris made time in his busy schedule to come install my gas hookup within 2 days of contacting him through Home Stars. Just in time for the long weekend! Thanks Chris!

We thought we planned well for an upcoming family weekend bbq. Booked a connection appointment with another company. Thursday evening 9:01pm our appointment was canceled by text stating [too far to drive now for a single job as his other job was canceled last minute]. Our weekend would be ruined. Last minute scrambling to find a solution, we found a few numbers online. Chris responded well after business hours. Next day arrived as expected. What a pleasure. Gas line installed, finished setting up the bbq [things the original installer should have done] AND gave me a tutorial. Do not bother looking elsewhere. Ultimate Gas Services is exceptional!

We first used Chris from Ultimate Gas Services in Summer 2023 to repair a built in DCS gas bbq that wasnt heating properly and then again in May 2024 to clean an outdoor built in gas fireplace where the pilot light wouldnt work. In both instances Chris was very prompt to do the repair work, doing a very thorough job of assessing the issues and making repairs to both. Chris is a super nice guy and would highly recommend him for any gas related repairs you may need.

Chris did a fantastic job repairing our washing machine. He was timely, efficient, and knowledgeable. He was very enthusiastic and friendly. His prices were reasonable and the services provided were high quality. Would definitely recommend ultimate gas services.

This year the same issue and now I was told I'd need parts but the company never returned even thou I texted them a few times.

Chris was recommended and after a diagnostic advised parts need replacement and would take 3 weeks. Eventually Chris replaced the parts and after a complete service the Fireplace works as brand new.

Chris efficiently installed my LG gas stove, along with a 40-foot gas line, and strategically placed shut-off valves in both the basement and behind the stove. The final connection behind the stove was executed flawlessly and with precision. He also seamlessly handled the installation of the fridge waterline. Chris completed the job on schedule and left the workspace spotless. I highly recommend his services.
