Servitech has completed reno work for me for two different properties. Their work is very good. Project completion dates were kept as promised. Prices were as quoted and agreed. Workmanship was excellent. Thanks Liviu and Vanessa and Marcela.

They painted my complete house, refinish stairs case and new flooring, also they painted my garage with epoxy product . Im very satisfied with the hight quality and timeline. I want to thank the entire team for their hard work and dedication.

This contractor did a simply outstanding job renovating my rather out-dated 2-bedroom condo. Especially the work done on my kitchen and two bathrooms exceeded all of my expectations. The entire project was completed on schedule and within budget and allowed me to sell my condo in less than a week and $191000 over asking price, and was in fact the highest a unit has sold in the entire building in recent history. I highly recommend this contractor.

Liviu did a whole-home refresh in preparation for selling my home. He did crown molding, baseboards, installed new quarts countertops, light fixtures and tiling. He worked incredibly efficiently, left the home clean and delivered a beautiful final product. Communication was always timely and clear, and options available to me along the way were well explained.
I was so happy with the results that I also hired him to re-do a complete bathroom and 2 hardwood floors in my new home. I highly recommend him and his team for your home renovation needs.

Servitech did an outstanding job fully renovating my rental condo. It was left in what looked like beyond repair condition by the previous renters, and was completely transformed by Servitech.

The Servitech Team are my heros! They touched every sq ft of over 4,000 sq ft and I would recommend their work a million times over!

The quality of workmanship, their integrity, and customer service ethics went over and beyond during every step of the project. When embarking on such a major project its to be expected that there may be a few surprises, however they communicated and the most viable solutions were implemented. They were on time with the completion and didnt deviate from the agreed upon budget.

We gave them the keys and I say this full heartedly- it was so wonderful not to worry that my home was in reliable trustworthy hands!
