FENCE REPLACEMENT WITH GATES

Idris was great. Very easy to get along with. Fence looked professionally done and was pleased with that. Gates not so much...too short and too much space between slats. Also one price was quoted for the entire job (fence plus one gate) then another $500 was added for the gates mid construction as the neighbor requested a gate. I believe that the price you quote should be firm unless there are major additional adjustments. In this case the quote included one gate but second charge was for both.

Hello, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I believe you're not being honest with it.. we did discuss everything before beginning the job & made sure pricing was confirmed before beginning as summarized in our agreement. Unfortunately the door style was not in our control & chosen by you. The style selected was a round top and insert in between so we don't have options of making it any bigger. We believe we did a great job and we did a lot of extra labour & provided a lot of favours as per requested that was not discussed previously without any charge. Sometimes as hard as you try, you can't please everyone. We wish you the best.
