Mr. Atre provided incredible service from the beginning to the end for a
legal basement project. He answered all my questions. He was knowledgeable will all the building code once we did the site visit. He even went to the extent to show reference from OBC. He was very quick to response to the examiner reviews. He handled each concern with professionalism. I am very please to be working with him. All my project that needs permit I just forward it to him. He is very responsible and I highly recommend him to others.

Rishi was a great vendor to work with. He was always punctual and provided great insight and recommendations on design for finishing my basement to include a two bedroom rental unit and the potential for a bachelor rental unit.

He insured that we met all of the city requirements and my involvement was at a bare minimum when it came to the application process.

His prices were more than fair and his work was exceptional.

Glad I made the decision to work with Rishi. I would highly recommend him to others.
