From first point of contact, Willow Flooring made me feel confident with their expertise, and full service flooring capability. They communicate very well. You can tell the customer comes first. And they also quite a reasonable price!

Our house had a previous poor job of refinishing with a very red undertone that dated the house. We also had a outdated tile floor at the entrance that aged it even more. We looked into a few companies and decided for Willow flooring because of the competitive price and because of Will and Arizza. They are very attentive and answer all our questions in a timely manner. From the first time we met them we felt confident on their expertise and that they cared and would give us the best service possible. The house looks amazing now and we could not be more happy! The whole team was professional and the job was on time! Very pleased.

Very friendly and honest people, they came to work right on scheduled time, did very good job and left the rooms very clean. we will definitely use this company again in the future.

After reviewing multiple hardwood refinishing companies on Homestars and then requesting a few quotes, it was an easy choice to go with Will and Arizza at Willow Flooring! Not only was their quote competitive with the other highly-rated companies I spoke with but also Will really made you feel like he cared about you as a customer. I had really dark maple hardwood and I wanted to lighten it up by removing the dark staining. But I couldnt decide whether I should leave it with the natural wood color afterwards or apply a stain to avoid the stark contrast with my dark cabinets. Will and Arizza showed me lots of photos from other jobs they had performed like mine and also explained some of the risks with staining maple (can look a bit blotchy). So to help make the decision easier, on the first day of the job they sanded down a section of the floor and applied two different products to show me the difference. That made it so much easier to make the decision!

How did it turn out? Absolutely beautiful! I love my newly refinished hardwood floors so much! My house is so much brighter. And Wills attention to detail is unbelievable. Even around the uneven surfaces of the fireplace (which had to be sanded by hand!) it was absolute perfection! I will certainly recommend Willow Flooring to everyone I know. After contacting several companies, I lucked out with Willow Flooring and team, Will & Arizza. Everything went smooth, from the initial contact all the way to a refinished floor. Will came in, applied his 15 years of workmanship, and refinished the high traffic areas; kitchen, hallways and stairs. My 1,200 sq ft home, with ebony stained floors throughout, was in dire need of partial refinishing and Will did a masterful job of blending in the stain to the pre-finished areas.

I'm really enjoying my space again and will be having more work done with Willow Flooring, in the future. I highly recommend team Will & Arizza!!!

We did a thorough search for the appropriate flooring company and landed on Willow. We are so happy we did they did an amazing job on our Ladies Recovery Home. As a non profit the price was very reasonable and was definatley worth it. Our floors look amazing. Looking forward to having Willow take care of more of our homes.

Will and Arizza came from Strathmore to do my stairs which were carpeted. The laminate flooring that was installed was picked my them and I couldnt be happier. The efficiently and

I hired Will and Arizza to redo my floors in my entire condo, sub floor and vinyl planking with baseboards. They were absolutely incredible through the whole process. Not only did Will work with my schedule, splitting the job in two sessions, but understood and worked with me the whole time. Not to mention they did not try and overcharge me at any point, which has happened to me in the past. The end result is nothing short of perfect and I recommend this company to anyone, no matter the size of job.
