Sebastian and team completed our backyard deck on time and on budget and to our great satisfaction. We changed the scope of the project several times, and Sebastian was adaptive and able to complete everything in a reasonable amount of time. Communicative and easy to reach. We are very pleased and can't wait to send the summer on our new two-level deck!

I had a old rotting deck that needed to be demolished and a new smaller deck to be built with storage underneath. I used Sebastian from Archer Services and am ver happy with the services he provided. He was clear on the scope of the project, payment schedule and timeline. He was on time and completed the work as promised.

Over the fall we had a major wind storm that blew down a tree in our backyard and damaged (our already old and weak) fence.

After getting a few quotes, we had to put off the repair due to the high cost.

We were recommended this company, and we are so happy! Sebastian came by within 24h. He inspected the fence and deemed more of it being faulty and needing to be replaced.

Within 3 days, he was able to come over and get started. Job was completed within 2 days, and we had our backyard back! Best part? We had more replaced, for less money

Sebastians skill at this type of work is unparalleled but his communication throughout was also top notch. He did exactly what he quoted to me months earlier and I had a vivid idea of what the project would look like once completed. But even that was scant imagination to how it actually looked when he finished. Top shelf design, personality and work rate!

Our old deck was old, rotting, and a really horrible brown/black colour. We have been looking for a contractor for 2 years throughout covid to help us rebuild our front deck. No word of a joke: every contractor kept raising the price higher and higher as covid continued. I understand inflation and I understand materials have been harder to come by, but one of the most unexpected quotes we received was for $32000 after that contractor came for all of 2 minutes, asked 2 questions, and rambled off a quote without any explanation.

Sebastian completed the fence on both sides of our home in Mississauga. One side is a single gate, and one side is a double gate. Sebastian visited, listened to our needs, provided us a quote within 1 day and had a contract that clearly outlined the length of time, materials for use, and any contingencies. We were thrilled with the final product and with Sebastians professionalism and friendly demeanour. Since then we have hired Sebastian for a variety of other Small renovations. We will also be hiring him again this summer for landscaping and other house repairs. We are so happy with the reasonable price, the effective communication, and the high quality of workmanship.
