My Experience with bath solutions has been exceptional. I was very nervous about this installation and Gaylene, Gary and the Installers were wonderful. I did not think it would only take 8 hours but it did. Once the installation was done, they didnt hound for payment, they contacted me in a couple days and made the payment process so easy. A few days after the installation the water wasnt as hot as it use to be and I had purchased the wrong shower head. I phoned Gary and immediately he scheduled someone to come out and adjust the hot water and install a different shower head for me I was soooo appreciative. Kaden came out on Thursday and was wonderful. I definitely recommend.

Installers arrived on time. Two polite young men. Immediately laid down drop clothes to protect my carpets from dirt. Big plus. Started to dismantle old shower. Within 6 hours New shower completed. The workers were fast efficient and able to answer questions about the installation when asked. Very pleasant young men. Would recommend this company for any bathroom inquiries and/or future changes you may need. Work area was cleaned up and left better than when they entered my home. I would give them a 11 if I could. No complaints at all with the service provided.

Gaylene the saleswoman took her time to go through my options and answered all my questions with patience and professionalism. She knew I was getting other quotes and did not pressure me in any way. Her follow-up calls were appreciated.

For my installation, Kadon and Coleman were friendly, fast and efficient. I still marvel at the fact it only took them seven hours from start to finish! They answered all my questions and provided information about the care of my new shower.

I found my water pressure low and when Gaylene called to see how the install went, I told her. I immediately got a call from Greg to problem solve and he made an appointment to visit the next day if the troubleshooting didnt work. It did and I was able to restore the water pressure with no appointment needed.

You can tell this is a team of people who like what they do and they do it together. They are well organized and every point of contact through this process was enjoyable. You just cant go wrong with Bath Solutions!

From start to finish everything was done quickly. My tub was removed and the new shower was installed the same day. The installers were
