Northern Craftsman Locksmith installed new hardware and a smart lock on our front door. The owner, Joey, did a fantastic job. He responded to my inquiry quickly, arrived on time, performed the work perfectly, cleaned up, and was very personable. We appreciated the quick response to our request. Joey had time to come the same day to install the new front door handle and lock. He had to drill a new hole for the handle we purchased and made a few adjustments. He did amazing and didn't take much time at all. Thanks Joey!! We got locked out of our home on Canada Day. Joey is very personal and showed up promptly, when all other locksmiths were closed.

He expressed his genuine desire to help others while achieving the job through the least evasive way possible. He went above and beyond our expectations and even climb a ladder to explore all available locksmithing options. After letting us into our home, he even advised us of the issue and provided recommendations so this doesnt happen again.

Joey was extremely efficient and professional with this service call. Within a few minutes of placing the service call, Joey responded and was able to accommodate my request to change some locks for me the same day. He ran a bit late to our appointed time, but was considerate and immediately sent me a message to let me know, which I appreciated. I would totally recommend and use Northern Craftsman again.

Joey arranged to repair my door lock the day after I spoke with him. He was on time and did a very good job. He repaired the 3point lock system, lubricated the linkage, disassembled the unit with patience and fixed the lock without having to replace anything.
Great value and I would highly recommend Joey.

He said he would come the next morning. The work was completed professionally and quickly and works very well.
