My front door would not open and it was a very difficult job! Joey was amazing. He was kind, professional and perservered to troubleshoot a very challenging situation. Broken latch

Joey was amazing. Honest, professional and quick, I talked to him in the morning and by the end of the day my door was fixed. We had guests in the house, so I couldnt be there but Joey was very respectful and accommodating. Id definitely call him again if I had another lock issue.

Tough Smart Lock Install

Joey installed a smart lock on my door that had almost 0 tolerance for error. After a few months the lock still operates great and wouldn't hesitate to call again!

Fast, friendly, efficient

Joey responded within minutes of my HomeStars request. He was flexible with timing, and when he arrived, he quickly identified that a special tool was needed to open the door. He installed the new door handle quickly and even oiled the hinges to address the squeak (which I didnt even notice). All in all, he was great!

Problems with a 5 point door lock.

Joey from Northern Craftsman was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. Fixed the locking mechanism on the doors so that they work better and easier than they ever have. He even did some adjustments on our front door on his way out. Cannot recommend this company enough. Thank you.
