Curtis renovations

Curtis Renovations did a complete renovation of our basement. After demolishing everything down to the studs, they built 2 bedrooms, a living area, put in a 3 pc bathroom (no original bathroom was there), a wine cellar and an organized storage/work room area.

On the main floor, they stripped the original hardwood floors on the entire floor and re-stained them. Then they painted all the walls and ceilings.

On the upper floor, they stripped out all the carpeting going up the stairs and throughout 4 bedrooms. New hardwood was installed throughout. They also replaced all the doors with new solid core doors and painted throughout.

We were extremely pleased with the quality of the workmanship. We own three houses and I would say this is the best renovation job that we have ever had done.

Jake finished my main floor renovation for me a few years back when he was just starting out. I had initially engaged another contractor, but as time went on, it became apparent that his standard of work was subpar. I had to call it off with him in the middle of my project to cut my losses before things got worse. I was fortunate enough to find Jake available to step in and take on the job on very short notice. His commitment to seeing the job through in a timely manner and his attention to detail through all stages of the project, despite a relative lack of experience on a project of this scope, was quite remarkable. In the end, we were very pleased with all the work that Jake took on within the project and were very happy when the job was finally completed. Thanks for all of your hard work Jake!
