Dmd renovations was very professional and ver accommodating to our vision for our bathroom renovation. They took the time to constantly make sure that every part of the renovation was up to our expectations. If there was an issue it was always dealt with as soon as possible. Very easily to talk to and listened to our concerns. They cleaned up the mess and made sure our belonging was covered. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience and definitely would recommend.

From the get go, Mark was a pleasure to work with on our 2nd floor bathroom renovation. He really took the time to answer our questions, and was willing to work with both our tight budget and schedule. He and his crew went above and beyond to make our renovation as painless as possible, they were always on time, communicated effectively, were respectful of our space, and really listened to what our needs were. When unexpected issues (ancient plumbing!) cropped up they were quick to adjust and do what needed to get the job done right. From the door trim that I wanted just so to match the character of the house, to the fact that there were no right angles to work with, DMD Renovations did an excellent job turning our ideas into a beautiful, functional space.

Mark is lovely. Hes come out to our home multiple times to give advice on projects and even tell us how we could do the job ourselves. He is not pushy, he really does seem to care about his clients and is very helpful. We needed our backyard fence repaired for security issues we were having at our home and in 2 days Mark and his partner built us a beautiful new fence and installed the code lock I purchased ahead of time. He worked with us to make the project work within our budget as new homeowners and we couldnt appreciate him more.

Mark renovated our basement bathroom and also did waterproofing around our home. He is knowledgeable, professional and very helpful.

We had a water pipe leakage in the ceiling right above our dining area which became a complete disaster overnight. My family came home after a family weekend trip and found that our ceiling had fallen out with water leaking everywhere. I called out to my neighbours as I was distraught and he recommended DMD, whom I messaged that night. DMD replied my messages, gave me some good advice on how to manage the situation and came through for me early the next day. Not only did they fix the busted pipe they also worked closely my my Issuance company in renovating my house. Best service I have seen in a long while.

We had a great experience working with DMD and are very happy with our completely renovated bathroom. Mark and his team are very professional, experienced and customer focused. They proposed good options to improve the layout within budget, demo work was very well done, and the tile design is just gorgeous!! Looks like its right out of a beautiful design magazine - looking at the before and after photos, youd never know its the same bathroom. Were very pleased with DMDs work and highly recommend them.

Since the first time meeting him to the last day of work, Mark was nothing less than amazing. He is one of the most reliable, honest and trustworthy people I've ever met. There were several small to medium sized projects that needed to be done to our one and a half storey home. From new eavestroughs to renovating a space in the upstairs to a three piece bathroom, the quality of work that Mark and company performed was absolutely amazing.
