Multiple Small Projects

Needed a few odd jobs done around the house (blinds installation, front door repair, dishwasher tray repair and kitchen faucet replacement). Sam got everything done perfectly and within budget. Arrived on time and ensured all work was done to our satisfaction (even little details that we wouldn't have noticed). Lovely guy and would definitely hire him again in a heartbeat.

Sam was great. He was resourceful, inventive, and great at the work, which he also seems to enjoy. He is not the cheapest, but if you get the cheapest, you often have to act as your own uber-contractor / supervisor. If you get Sam, you won't need to. He'll get it done.

Multiple jobs to get condo ready to sell

Sam painted baseboards a clean white, replaced a ceiling light & recaulked the bathroom sink area. He looked for new hallway closet doors to replace my broken ones but unfortunately they weren't a standard size. At my request we left them (he was willing to remove them and take them to the dump for me) then he made repairs on the bottom to let the doors slide more easily. Sam was efficient and did excellent work! It's great to work with someone who knows what they are doing and enjoys doing a good job!

Sam made it easy. He was personable, professional, and meticulous about detail. We even came up with a solution to modify a belt hanger that needed to be different from the way it came in the box.
