Coming across a negative review is not uncommon; god knows we are all looking for pre-purchase or service record assurances from buying a car to an appliance. Unqualified, bad reviews set a perception of doubt and mistrust, but reading a review opposed to your own experience is definitely a pause moment as, in my case, I'm wondering how another experience can be so different than what I experienced.

Far be it from me to question anyone's opinion, so I can only speak on my behalf, and the countless referrals I have provided to Petro Cement deemed the quintessential hard-working family.

When during the height of the pandemic, everyone's concrete and project deliveries were delayed until Petro pulled the stops on his trade relationships, and a truck showed up the next day to finish our job.

When Petro's team removes and re-plants your favourite evergreen trees with care and consideration, you think they might have been an arborist.

Well, you get the point. Again, this is my story. As they say, the consumer is always right; in my case, Petro and his family went beyond the call of duty. The work was exceptional, and the house became a showcase for neighbours, friends, and referrals looking to qualify Petro's work as outstanding. 10 Stars given and earned.
