Tolga was extremely professional from start to finish, and the quality of his work was exceptional. He took the time to explain the original stucco application failure and showed me what needed to be fixed. Even though we both initially thought the original area that needed repair was small, Tolga made sure to explain to me that if the repair was to be done correctly for the long term, it needed to be done right. This included peeling back all the loose finish-coat and redoing the skim coat for a proper stucco application.

Throughout the project, Tolga kept me updated on the progress and made sure that I understood the extent of the work required, the length of time needed to complete the project, and the agreed-upon cost. His attention to detail was impressive, and he never skipped over anything. He even took the time to clean and scrape large and small areas thoroughly, impressing not only me but also my neighbors. When the job was complete, the entire site was left just as clean as it was originally.

In pictures the first picture with the yellow rectangles indicate the original scope. Also there is a picture of the completed job and the roof, and the roof was left in excellent and clean condition. Additionally a picture with a light fixture and the stucco around the base of the fixture was totally perfect where the stucco is completely clean.

Tolga arrived promptly and fixed a 2" hole in the stucco that had been created by a woodpecker, 20 ft up on the back wall of the house. Tolga then went around the house, patching up any other stucco damage that he could see. The work was quick and professional.

After I sent out my request for help on Homestars, Tolga called me within 5 minutes and came out for an estimate within 30 minutes. He was friendly and honest with his stucco repair recommendations. As our job was small, he suggested some other areas around the house exterior to make the job more cost effective. He completed the work swiftly the week after. We would gladly have him return in the future for other projects. Thank you!

We removed an exterior door and window and replaced them with a big window that was a different shape so the exposed wall needed to be stuccoed. We also had vines removed that attached themselves to the wall and removed the stucco when pulled off. And the cement base around our house had never been stuccoed. The response for the work was quick, the price fair. He was on time and worked through one of the hottest days this year. We can't believe how great he was able to match the colour with the rest of the house. I wish all trade experiences could be this good.
