When looking for quotes SLG Capital stood out when it came to timeline. They quoted us 2 weeks for our ensuite and main washroom and came in on time and on budget. It was a full gut job and they kept things as clean as they could throughout but the cleaners did a fantastic job to finish the project off. The bathrooms turned out great thanks to the guidance of Giacomo and the great work by the team.

Wow - I wish I took before pictures to show how much work the SLG Capital team did in my basement. They finished my living room, gutted and installed a new bathroom, and completely redid my kitchen. My basement was very old and it was a pity that no one was using it.

In the living room, SLG replaced the drywall, installed baseboards and divided the space with a small wall. They had all the lighting fixtures, paint, and ideas so I didnt have to worry.

In the bathroom, they had to do the most work. The tiles were there from when I first bought the house - like 35 years ago. They took off the tiles, gutted everything, and installed new modern cabinets, shower, toilet and sink. Giacomo even had a good idea to put lights around the mirror which made the space pop.

I had a really small kitchen before with no storage whatsoever. I didnt know how to make it work, but Giacomo came up with a good idea to add storage but prevent clutter. He kept the space simple, but elegant and I love it so much.

I am so grateful to have met the SLG Capital Team and Giacomo. They were always on time to do their work, very professional. I feel so much better that my basement is clean, organized. I am not embarrassed to have family over anymore. The weight has been lifted off my shoulders thanks to SLG Capital. Definitely give them a call, theyre worth it.

SLG Capital was referred to us by my cousin. I called them to gut my basement kitchen. It was 28 years old, so you can imagine what it looked like. I had no idea the space could look this great. Giacomo and his team were quick and precise on everything. In 2 weeks, I had a modern kitchen. Im going to call them again to renovate my upstairs bathroom too. They are great guys.

Giac and his team came to my home to gut 2 bathrooms and a powder room - and truthfully, we could not be happier. The work was completed on time and within budget.
