Our living space is quite small, so for years we had the idea of removing the wall between the living room and kitchen and placing an island. Their staff were very easy to explain the concept to and knowledgeable. our living space looks nice and open now. It came out much better than expected. The staff did a very good job, and were very courteous and friendly with our kids.

Kam was excellent for my demolition needs. Our whole main floor was removed. Including the kitchen / kitchen tiles , hardwood flooring and baseboards.
Price was competitive and timing was excellent!

The team removed my 20 year old kitchen with every little destruction. the removed screws, moved the lower cabinet in large pieces, same with the upper cabinets, relocated the pumping, upgraded the electrical and panel, removed the backsplash and did minor repairs and leveling to make everything new function properly.

The crew were professional, on time- highly valued their work and took their time to do things correctly. They tried to clean up, but drywall sanding is messy. months after they left, I was still cleaning up, but that is what happens with removing of walls to make the kitchen bigger.

The landscaping was a time consuming project, removing old, dead dangerous trees, replanting of flowers, properly grading the soil, pouring concrete, leveling and proper water runoff, all took time, but the end result is fantastic. they have become my go to contracting company.
