Ray Services completed a small repair job. The work was done well and in a very timely manner. They were a pleasure to deal with.

I had a low deck with unwanted unpleasant things growing/nesting/reproducing under it. A once relaxing outdoor space became a battle ground with nature and I even hired a professional exterminator to try to deal with it. At the end of the summer, I had enough, so I resorted to the nuclear option: It was time to remove the deck and replace it with a patio.

I had several quotes from different places, including the poured concrete guys, and I ended up choosing Ray Services.

Ray Services worked with me and my wife to pick a stone and the pattern that would look nice, and also worked with us on the raised patio design which my wife really likes. Additionally, Ray Services replaced the walkway at the side of my house, and also to build a low wall around a drain that was in the back corner of my yard.

The price that I paid was exactly what was quoted to me, which was better than the quotes that the other companies gave me. They were very professional and completed the job with excellent quality. My wife was very happy, and when my wife is happy, I am happy!

Prior to hiring Ray Services, I visited my next door neighbour who spent $40,000 on their backyard patio and walkway a couple of years ago, and asked them who build that for them and what type of stone they used. I had this neighbour inspect my new patio once it was completed, and they also really liked the completed work.

The size of my raised patio is about 400 square feet, which was build exactly in the spot where the old low deck used to be.

My backyard was partially interlocked when I moved into this house. The back 1/3 was filled with granite chips, which while looked nice, made it unusable as we couldn't put anything there and no one would even walk on it. After speaking to a number of interlocking companies, I felt most comfortable with both the price and work ethic of Ray. The work was done quickly, professionally and on budget. Now I can make use of my entire backyard!
I've had a number of other projects throughout the past couple of months, and Ray was BY FAR the most responsive and easiest to work with. He went above and beyond and made sure I was happy. He made some recommendations that I greatly appreciated.

Ray did an excellent job cleaning, levelling and re-sealing my front parking pad. Additionally he repaired a broken edge of my back patio, and did an excellent job on this as well. Highly recommend!

The team removed my old patio front and back, installed lovely new stone, installed new stairs and covered an ugly old concrete slab porch with beautiful new stone all in 5 days - efficiently and with care and attention.
