Chase and company of Property People did a great and thorough job. Sparkling clean windows. Eavestroughs now clean after years of debris.

The owner was very much a people person and listened to my stories even before getting in to pricing. He learned I rented and that I've never got ant windows washed. We also talked about children and one knows on the inside how dirty windows can get. He later had 2 guy show up to do the front windows and the back windows. They were so quiet you'd almost think they weren't here but the glass looked beautiful. The did a great job! Thanks so much.

Impressed by this company. Chase, the owner, introduced himself and his services and that he was looking for long term working relationship. After the work was performed the owner did a walk around (quality review) and spent time fixing one area that was not perfect. I have to say that the quality of service was immaculate and when water is involved what looked good one moment can morph the next. He also told me if there is anything I notice later that I am not happy with to let him know and they will come back and fix.

Chase is a great person to deal with (and the owner) and mentioned in other reviews, he came by the door as he was doing other homes in the neighborhood. Very competative pricing for all of our windows, made better by excellent work. Highly recommended and will certainly have Property People back for future work.

Chase was friendly and accommodating. He did a great and thorough job clearing our extremely clogged gutters and downspouts. They had been overflowing like waterfalls each time it rained, the previous owners of our home (we just moved in) had clearly not had them cleaned in years. Now they are running clear!

Chase the owner came door to door because they were in the neighborhood. We negotiated a good price, and he actually told me I didnt need a siding wash, which I appreciate the honesty and trustworthiness. Weve had our windows washed before and they looked dirtier than before the wash. Not with this company. They look spotless. He even has a service to take out and wash the screens. One of ours had a tiny rip, and it ripped more while he washed. He went to the store and bought more screen and replaced it for free.
