Balcony Flooring Install

Always wanted to install flooring on my balcony. Finally, I got to do it last spring and was lucky enough to contract Everton do that for me. I am still impressed with the quality of the materials and his work. Everton is professional and delivered a great quality install within expected timelines communicated prior to undertaking the work.

Excellent workmanship

Everton did an excellent job installing my balcony tiles. He came right on time and worked quickly and cleaned up after the job was done. I would highly recommend him for any work you need done.

Balcony renovation on condo

Condominium Renovations review in Toronto

I had a very ugly concrete floor on my balcony. Everton installed a beautiful outdoor flooring material on top of the existing concrete. This outdoor floor covering was easily approved by my condo building. Everton was friendly and helpful, and was very careful bringing in his tools into my condo to begin the construction. Can’t wait for the Spring so I can get out on my deck again!

Everton was a punctual and friendly young man. He was knowledgeable and showed me exactly what he planned to do and what options were available to me. His work was neat and thoughtfully done. He even cleaned up after he had finished and gave me suggestions for the upkeep of the flooring. I would highly recommend him.
