Our A/C broke down 3 weeks ago, call ICare Home comfort support line within 2 hrs, Jason came over to check on my unit, He manage to get the AC to start up, since my A/C has been running over 20 years, and the refrigerant has been discontinue in Canada for many years, He provided us with informative A/C information, base on our need, he recommended upgrade to well known Lennox Elite 16 Seer, we also upgrade to a Smart thermostat, his team came in on time and install the new A/C within 3 hours the next day, new A/C he recommended was day and night difference, super quite and super fast cooling down the house. Overall great experience through out the entire process. Happy to recommend to anyone in need!

Two weeks ago they installed for us a tankless water heater (RU160IN) and a water softener (WS-30D). So far so good. I am happy with the installation team and especially happy with Gary the sales guy who helped me the most. The team installed in just a few hours both units and removed the existing tank. The only downside was that the installers did not setup the water softener but Gary came the next day in the morning and did that for me! Everything works fine and we are happy with the purchases.

The quote was very competitive and there were absolutely no issues. They also returned the old tank to Reliance. The site was left ok - a little cleanup of the site would have triggered a 10/10 from me. Also they installed runners to protect our laminate floors which is a good thing. They also installed it where we wanted even if the furnace room is small and there is limited space available; but they installed it very nice on the outside wall, re-did the plumbing to match this configuration and it all worked out nice.

Very good communication with Gary and very quick responses. And Jason the install guy was very nice, quiet and very professional.

I do recommend them as they did a very good job on time and as promised.

Their price is about 40% less than the large protection and maintenance company we been using over 20 years. The technicians installed my furnace and AC were professional and diligent. We are very satisfy with their service.
