Rep was wonderful. Service installed too fast, so we couldn't change our minds I suppose. We spent $200.00 having the Nest products installed correctly afterwards. Haven't received any of the rebates yet and will not return our calls regarding them. Paying double for our water system monthly. Big problems here with follow up. Just be aware of what you are getting in too!

Terrible service. We feel tricked into going with their service and they wont return any calls to come back to our home to fix the hack job from the installation. Still have our water tank that they have not bought out or arranged to have picked up. Left open drains in my basement and decreased our water pressure. They promised a google nest which has still not been delivered or installed. I have called 6 times and they say nobody is available we will call you back and I am still waiting for a callback.

In our effort to bring up the resale value of our home and make it more energy efficient we worked with Provincial Smart Home Services to ensure our furnace, water heater, water softner and attic were green compliant. It was easy to work with the team and get follow up support where needed.

From sale to installation the service is already a stellar experience. But for me its the after service that got my unwavering loyalty to Provincial. My contact person, Shae, has been super fast to deal with any issues that have arisen, her solutions have been top notch, and her response time is like, 24hrs tops. Ive left her a message after Midnight (not to be rude of course) and she got back to me that morning. Shes also super fun to talk to and remains professional, but you feel like youre talking to a friend. Honestly, for all the crap Ive been through with other companies, its nice to not get spammed with extra calls or get zero solution to the actual issue you might have. If you chose Provincial, ask for Shae!!

Smart Homes crew are very helpful Human and Frank setting up the door bell, smoke and co2 detecting Equipment plus show my how to use it very happy.

Phenomenal workmanship and wonderful group of individuals who took there time from beginning to end. Received all my rebates from Enbridge.

I was in need of a new furnace. I booked an appt with Chris D from Provincial Smart Home Services. I had recently applied for the Canada Greener Homes grant but getting an auditor to come to your home proved to be extremely difficult. Waited a month for an appt with the auditor only to have them no show and not cancel/reschedule. Chris showed up quickly and assessed both current and future energy needs and Provincial Smart Home Services had my new furnace and other products installed within 48 hours of my appointment and they were able to complete in only 1 day off work. 10/10

Same day installation of furnace , water heater and attic insulation but now cant contact anyone to finish outstanding jobs.

Installation went well but we had 3 follow up items from the installation. I have made several phone calls, always promised either a call back or a technician has been dispatched. Either no call back or no technician. Also failed to mention that i had to pay Enbridge to get the promised rebate. Not a terrible company but TERRIBLE communication. I have given up on the 3 outstanding items.
