Very good prompt service and fair price. The repairman included some preventative maintenance and fixed a few minor things at no additional cost.

We had a problem with our garage door not opening. I sent a message to Prolift Garage asking for assistance. Within minutes of sending the message Craig the owner called me. After explaining to him the problem he said he does have someone in the area that just finished a job. I was told Tyler will be here within in 30 minutes. Over the years I have had so many people saying we will be there within this time limit and sadly did not happen However it was a pleasant surprise when the doorbell rang within the 30 minutes and Tyler saying he is here to repair the garage door. He looked and explained exactly what the problem was what the cost will, he also explained what else he will do to make sure it wont happen again by doing some maintenance. Afterwards he made some suggestions of what else we will need some upgrading as well as what the costs related to this will be. He was so professional I definitely recommend this company with out a doubt will be using them from now .

We purchased a new house and discovered quickly that our garage door opener was conflicting with a neighbour's. Craig was quick to reach out, and sent Tyler over the next day to take a look - it turned out the reset mechanism was broken, so he came back the next day with a new mechanism, lightbulb, and lubricant. Now our door works smoothly, and we haven't heard from the neighbours again! Really appreciated the quick turnaround and great work from Tyler, and the logistics handled by Craig. Would definitely recommend!

Craig gave me excellent customer service being honest and upfront about the job, materials needed and the cost involved. He went over and above what I expected from this company. Ty spent several hours working on my garage issues and had to overcome a couple obstacles. He completed the job and gave me ideas on how to continue with some of the maintenance myself. He was very polite and worked hard to ensure the job was done to my satisfaction.. I will call them again when I need more work done. I highly recommend them.

I contacted ProLift through HomeStars on a Friday evening, and by noon the next day they were there to repair it. None of the other companies even got back to me until the following week. Staff was friendly, price was reasonable, would definitely recommend and would use again.

Technician was efficient, pleasant and did excellent work. I would absolutely recommend and/or use this company again for any garage door repairs.
