2 story, 3200 sq ft detached house. Doing our job for the environment. Inspection showed insulation varied from about 8" to 0, especially low in the front of the house, front bedrooms were always cold. NDS topped us up to 20" (R60 current standard). The technicians were very polite and professional and we continued our activities while they were here. They showed us before and after video and pictures, it's easy to see why it already made such a difference in the house. Walking upstairs used to be noticeably cooler, not any more. We have noticed too that even in this cold the furnace is running much less, one of the best investments an owner of an older home could make.

Each step was well done the first person that came to assess the existing insulation and I was invited up to confirm his findings. Luca was also very professional knowledgeable and friendly. The installation Team arrived and put down tarps to ensure there was no mess and were friendly, explained everything they were going to do and also were very professional. The entire job took just over two hours. Again I was invited to inspect their work. They cleaned after themselves and departed. The entire experience from the young woman that came to the door to Luca who went up in the attic to inspect and price the job to the gentlemen who did the work.

We were very impressed with the way the entire process was handled. The team was professional, knew exactly what they needed to do, and came in on time and finished by showing videos, describing everything that was done, and cleaning everything up afterwards.

From the sales to the installation of the insulation, they were professional, punctual and pleasant.
