Originally, I had one small but time-sensitive bathroom job (grab rails), as I was recovering from surgery; I liked his quote, he sounded earnest, so I hired him. He kept in touch day-of, so I knew exactly when he'd arrive. I was consulted throughout (much appreciated), and did a beautiful job. When finished, I asked him about a few other things (another bathroom with grab rails, 2 hand-held-shower heads in both bathrooms, repainting one bathroom), he gave me a quote, and he appeared - as scheduled - a few days later. Again, he provided the level of care that I would expect if I'd done it myself. My bathroom looks fantastic and new! Thank you, Sean.

I hired 404 Renovations to paint my whole condo as it was in dire need of a refresh. Shawn was very thorough and was able to walk me through all of the details and flex to my needs. I had a particular project in which I have a 2-storey loft so it can be tricky. My living room is 18 feet tall so it was difficult for other contractors but Shawn did an amazing job. I already rebooked him for another service with my living room and installing a media wall! Would highly recommend for your next Reno project!

I hired Sean to build a storage shelving unit as well as staining some shelves in my condo. He was extremely professional and helpful! The storage unit was built efficiently and quickly and the stain on the shelves was perfect! He always responds to texts quickly and is very friendly! Would definitely recommend!
