GTA Trees

GTA Trees did professional work in removing and trimming our very tall cedars. I could not be happier!! Their team is on time, professional, courteous and very efficient.

GTA Trees were amazing. They were skilful arborists with great recommendations. They worked in consultation with my desires. They were friendly, prompt, worked hard, and cleaned up the site really well. Their prices were competitive. I would highly recommend them.

I had some large cedars (> 25 ft tall) that needed trimming and removal. Matt did the quote, provided a clear detail of the work and was able to schedule work immediately after the weekend. His son Jason and his team were courteous and efficient. They also removed some dead tree limbs on my neighbour's maple tree (arranged day of). Happy to work with them again.

Matt came to quote when it was convenient for me. He arrived when he said he would and explained the steps required to complete the work. He provided a detailed quote and let me know when he could possibly perform the work, provided I responded to the quote within the next two days. I discussed it with my wife and thought about it overnight. The next day engaged GTA Trees. Jason showed up with his crew at the prearranged time. They informed me that because of the weather they might not be able to finish the work as quickly as they planned. Fortunately the weather held and Jason was able to meet the original schedule for removal and clean-up. Very courteous, careful and professional. Price was very competitive.

We are so happy we came across Jason and his GTA Trees Crew on Homestars. We called other highly rated arborists/tree companies and many don't operate by appointment to give estimates and simply want to 'give you a call when in your area' . GTA Trees makes a prompt estimation appointment and when you choose them provided excellent, high quality and knowledgeable professional service. We watched them work and were impressed how they are extremely meticulous about mitigating risk of cut falling branches impacting structures on the property. They want to leave your premises having a happy customer and their clean-up was comprehensive. We will definitely call them for other tree work when needed.

Jason and team did a great job pruning my trees including some high branches and giving advice and cleaning up afterwards at reasonable cost. They were very efficient and I would recommend their service to anyone.

We hired GTA Trees to prune tree branches at two locations. I was nervous about the work because the branches were hanging over my new flat roof and a neighbour's new cedar fence. GTA Trees was very skillful about cutting and controlling the branches as they dropped over the roof and fence. They caused absolutely NO damage and cut exactly the branches that needed to be pruned. We would highly recommend this company. Great quality at a fair and reasonable price!

GTA trees did a great job trimming our trees exactly how we liked, yet preserving its health and overall appearance. They cleaned up and disposed of all branches and leaves which were cut down in a timely fashion. Thank you!

Matt and his son Jason are a pleasure to work with. They provide knowledge from experience as well as friendliness that helps the process feel good. All minor issues along the way had solutions and their crew was able to pivot and adjust accordingly to get the job done.
