I visit my parent's place and I notice that most of their appliances are broken. I look for this kind of services around the area and luckily I found First responders Appliance Repair. I called them and the staff was really nice to talk with, I told them about my concerns and everything and it was a nice communication and I easily got an appointment the next day. The crews are punctual they came earlier than expected which is great so they can start early. They all wear mask and they observe social distancing. They are very professional the whole duration of their work was never been boring because they are also friendly. We had a great interaction about everything I needed to know about the appliances they explained to me every detail of it. They are skillful and the job was done quickly. The payment is reasonable. So far after 3 months all the appliance that they repaired are all in a good condition and my parents are very thankful for it. This is a highly recommended repair services.

10/10! We had a broken dishwasher as well as a gasket that needed to be replaced in a washer. They were quick to respond, appointment scheduling was easy and they sent over the technician next day. from the pre-appointment communication levels to the day-of service. The team who came to fix both the dishwasher+washer was fabulous and had the jobs done quickly and were both super friendly.
This will be our go-to first call for all appliance repairs moving forward.

Yesterday my fridge broke down due to some unknown reason and there was a huge water leakage, i searched on google and found this company. Called them right away and they sent the technician within 3 hours. The guy even informed me 30 minutes prior to his arrival. He was well equipped as i explained him on the call the issue, so he bought all the tools which might be needed. Took him about 40 minutes of work and my fridge started working. He charged me reasonably and also explained why the problem had happened. Great service!

They answered back and even made it to the house the same day, it was on the weekend. My oven wouldn't turn on and we knew it had something to do with the igniter. The technician diagnosed the problem and offered to fix it right away. It took him less than 30 minutes and my oven is working now as good as now. Very professional and timely. Appreciate their service and honest work

Our samsung dryer started making some squeaking noises and after a self repair of what i thought was the issue, the noise persisted. So after finding this company through Google, i gave them a call. They were quick to respond and sent the technician in a couple of hours and he arrived on the promised time. Figured out the issue ( a bad roller) and fixed it promptly for a very fair price. Our dryer is now nice and quiet.
The technician also gave me a couple of tips on keeping our machine running smoothly. I will definitely use their service again for our appliance repair needs whenever it arises.

Called them for repairing my fridge, technician came up next day, dissembled the fridge, removed a part and took with him saying it needed to be replaced. Charged me 300CAD for the service. After that stopped answering the calls and texts. Tried for 15 days and gave up. He disappeared with my money and the part and never showed up. Please do your research and hire at own risk
