Partial bathroom renovation

Bathroom Renovation review in Mississauga

The basement bathroom needed the bathtub removed and turned into a shower to make it easier for my family members with their mobility issues. Payvand and his crew did an excellent job. We had other quotes which were all in around the same ballpark figure, but Payvand's professionalism is what sealed the deal. His crew members were so polite and accommodating and knew their jobs well. When they finished up for the day they left everything clean and tidy. Thank you Payvand for a job well done, and I plan on having you back next year for a laundry room reno. I have included before and after pictures.

Apartment renovation

Condominium Renovations review in Toronto

We did a full renovation on our apartment, which included knocking down walls, installing new floorings, a new kitchen, new bathrooms, the whole gamut. This was not an easy job as our building like many condominiums has a lot of restrictions such as construction noise being limited to 10 am to 2 pm with prior notice required. There was also limited elevator availability and the elevator was not large enough to accommodate the size of our dream kitchen island, which at the end had to be lifted to our unit by a crane. Regardless of these challenges, Payvand delivered within the promised timelines. We greatly appreciated his professionalism and reliability. Payvand also listened to our needs and gave us great options within our budget. The outcome was exactly what we had in mind and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you Rivendell Building Group!

Kitchen renovation

Kitchen Planning & Renovation review in Toronto

We had a major renovation done by Rivendell. Very professional. Our project manager, payvand, was a very professional and knowledgeable guy. We are thrilled about the end result.
