Great value and excellent communication! Now that Toronto allows for laneways to be constructed, we hired JP Lucky Construction to convert our old garage into a new laneway suite for rental. Right from the get go they were very professional and very on top of responding to all my questions. I knew nothing about construction or any of the permit process and they took care of everything from A-Z. The thing I was most impressed about was that they knew I wanted to make it into a rental unit and they catered my budget and quality of material towards renters while also maintaining the modern and minimalist design. I have already recommended them to my neighbours that were interested in a similar laneway house project. Definitely give them a shout!

Since then, all the deliveries have been on-time and the product of the highest quality. A couple modifications were required and Wendy happily obliged and, as usual, responded within minutes of reaching out to discuss the changes. From my experience, their level of service significantly exceeds that of any competitors and should set the standard for the industry. I hired JP Lucky to help with my porch renovation. From the start, the job was done professionally and efficiently. Wendy is so friendly and always listens to my needs. Their team removed the old wood and railings from the porch and replaced them with new materials.
