Needed to get my house on the market quick but in order for it to show well I had to perform some necessary updates before listing on the MLS. Being a realtor myself I have a keen eye for design aesthetic and quality workmanship. Dave was referred to me by two very good friends that deployed his services for interior and exterior home renovations. Like a champ Dave orchestrated the entire project from start to finish knowing full well my time was limited as a busy realtor running a company of 15 staff members. He laid out the plan, managed the delivery schedules of all products and sub-trades flawlessly. All I had to do was give him my opinion to suggested work he mapped out for me.
