I recently tried Neon Cleaners for the first time and was very happy with the the job they did. Very detailed, friendly and hard-working.

I had a short notice cleaning for my Airbnb and Neon cleaners could prepare the house on time in perfect clean spotless shape. Maria and her colleague paid attention to details. we are going to hire them for future needs.

Overall, I give Neon Cleaners Inc 3.5/5. I had a move out deep clean done and everything, including the window sills, were cleaned. The entire job took about 5 hours for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment with 2 cleaners. Their communication was excellent. They quickly sent over a quote and were able to answer any questions or make any changes that I requested. However, I am deducting a few stars for a couple of things. They arrived 30min past the window they were supposed to arrive. I understand that traffic is unpredictable so Im not faulting them for being late. They also had an issue with finding parking. I would suggest asking for any parking notes for future jobs so they know where they can park so it doesnt cause any further delays. My main complaint, however, is that I was charged for services that I didnt want. My original quote had included cleaning the interior of the oven, fridge and windows. I ended up requesting these services to be removed, which they were, and a new quote was sent that I ended up approving. However, after services were done, I found them on my invoice and voiced that they were supposed to be removed. They eventually apologized for the mistake but offered no solution or offered to take the charges off since the cleaners had already cleaned them. Despite these issues, they did do a good job and I would recommend their services, I would just make sure to confirm everything before the job

We needed a deep clean to get the house ready for our daughter's wedding this week. Mary and her two ladies arrived promptly and after a quick tour, got right to work.
I was impressed at the coordinated effort and sparkling results. They were very professional, and we would bring them back. Highly recommended.

Very prompt replies to my request. Three ladies did a great job. Arrived five minutes early, and left everything 100% clean, and left me 100% satisfied.

Marys crew does an excellent job every time, plus our dogs love them. You should hire them.

Mary arrived earlier than scheduled but called prior to confirm if that works for me. Very professional team! The apartment was really clean and sparkling. Im not easy to please as I love to clean and do a thorough job as a germophobe. I was really satisfied and will definitely be booking them again. Did I mention that my oven was like brand new!!!
