Washing machine stopped mid cycle, could not drain the water. Went on Homestars and had a call back within 20 mins (on a Sunday night!). Eli came the following day and was very friendly and polite and after a quick diagnosis, gave me the best and worst case scenario pricing. Stacked washer and dryer and Eli managed to lift himself in order to save some $ on an extra technician. Problem solved (apparently you should not put rocks in your washing machine) and clothes rescued, huzzah! Great service, would definitely recommend. Thanks!

Nice tech came and then try yo fix. after he diagnoise the issue he suggest me not to fix and buy a new one due to higher fix cost. Very nice suggestion. and he also mentioned buying tips for the coming Black Friday, how to do price matching.

Need to replace the water pump to the ice dispenser. Repair man has to order part. He was friendly and efficient. The part will take a few weeks on order.

Eli arrived to look at my broken fridge. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I contacted GNA appliances because Kitchenaid said they did not have a technician in our area.

Eli advised that the repair would be $1500 but also said it was a known issue and even though my fridge was 7 years old that I should contact Kitchenaid.

Upon contacting Kitchenaid, all of a sudden they did have a tech unicorn for my area and offered the repair for the price of a service call.

Vitaly came today to fix the dryer for me. He is really friendly, knowledgeable and he did fix the dryer in few minutes . I really appreciate his work . I really recommend him.

Specialist came on time. Checked an issue with a washing machine and dryer combo. Promptly replaced the required parts and checked the proper functionality of the appliances. Everything is working great now.

A very polite and helpful Repairman, named Ido, responded quickly to our request for service on our dryer. He explained the options and clearly stated the costs. The work was done quickly, and he made a sensible recommendation to check our outside exhaust vent. I highly recommend this service.
